  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Shipping Methods

We ship using:

  • FedEx
  • LTL Freight carriers (for oversized or heavy items)

Shipping method selection depends on item size, weight, destination, and regulatory requirements.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
  • Heavy, oversized, or freight items may incur additional shipping charges
  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) exclude heavy freight and hazardous items

Freight & Oversized Items

  • Freight deliveries require a physical delivery address
  • Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details
  • Missed delivery appointments or refused freight may result in additional fees

Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be restricted due to:

  • Local, state, or federal regulations
  • Carrier limitations
  • Hazardous material classifications

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be shipped legally.

Returns Policy Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Unused, unopened, and resalable items
  • Items in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened consumables (animal health, supplements, chemicals)
  • Flea, tick, pesticide, or disinfectant products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email support@whollydepot.com with your order number
  2. Wait for return authorization instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the provided guidance

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve eligible claims with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after return inspection

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process

Refused Deliveries

Refused shipments may incur:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Restocking fees
  • Freight carrier penalties

These costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
