For Orders & Shipping

When will I receive my item?

Our warehouses strive to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Most products ship from our U.S. warehouses, but some items may ship directly from the manufacturer.

Ground shipping: typically 3–7 business days

Freight/common carrier: typically 7–10 business days, depending on your location
If delivery falls on a holiday, please add one extra business day.
Observed holidays: Christmas, New Year’s, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving (carriers may observe additional dates).
Expedited shipping: “Second Day” or “Next Day” options are available on in-stock items ordered before 1:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 days within the continental U.S. You’ll receive tracking once shipped.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited and priority options are available during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders are accepted. Customs duties and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you ship to PO or APO/FPO boxes?

Yes. Smaller items ship via USPS; larger items may not qualify.

My order shows as delivered but never arrived. What should I do?

 Contact us within 5 days of the listed delivery date. We’ll open a carrier trace (dock checks take 3–5 days, ground traces 8–10 days). If lost, we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

What do I do if I receive damaged item(s)?

Please take a photo of the damaged product and email it to support@whollydepot.com
with your order number in the subject line. We’ll investigate and respond with a solution within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

Can we pick up our order?

Yes. Local pickup is available by appointment — call 904-717-7057. Walk-ins are welcome at our Jacksonville warehouse storefront, Mon–Fri, 10 AM–4 PM.

What’s your return policy?

 Returns accepted within 30 days on unused, unopened items. Contact support before returning.

When will I receive my refund?

Within 3–5 business days of return receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal — all SSL-secured.

I have a tax exemption — what should I do?

 Create an account, then email your certificate to sales@whollydepot.com
referencing your account. We can apply exemption within 24 hours of order processing, but not after shipment.

Is it safe to shop with Wholly Depot?

Yes, we use secure encryption and trusted processors.
